The microcement was the perfect solution. Just follow the really helpful videos and you will be fine - enjoy the process! I have to say, once I got over the initial trepidation, I really enjoyed the process and the final result totally exceeded my expectations. The Concrete Labs customer service was also fantastic - the first delivery was messed up by the courier and the team sent another pack straight away. I would highly recommend.

Our Microcement Worktop Kit has everything you need to create stunning worktops and furniture with ease. This kit is suitable for indoor worktops. It is NOT suitable for outdoor worktops.This comprehensive kit includes all the necessary microcement concrete products, including;
- Primer
- Fibreglass Mesh Tape (50m roll for edges and joints)

What is Microcement?
Microcement is a VERY thin layer of concrete which can be applied to many different surfaces. It is typically only a few millimetres thick and has a very smooth finish, giving the appearance of polished concrete to whatever it is applied to.
What can I apply the microcement to?
Our microcement bonds to many different materials including wood, laminate worktops, quartz, marble, granite and cement board to name just a few.
Does it stain or scratch?
Microcement when applied according to our simple step-by-step instructions is extremely strong and stain proof.
What maintenance is required?
As part of our microcement kits we provide a sealer. Its very important that the wall is sealed to ensure longevity of the wall.
Once sealed and in service the wall can be cleaned like any other wall.
