United Kingdom Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns Eligibility

Criteria - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How To Return Your Product(s)

We highly recommend that any products returned to us are packaged safely and securely to prevent damage in transit. 

To complete your return, we require you to follow the method below.

Via Your Own Nominated Courier

Please package your products safely. Please include the following within the package(s);

  1. a receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. a COMPLETED RETURNS FORM - link

Where Concrete Lab is not the manufacturer please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@concretelab.co.uk and send your item to: Concrete Lab Limited, Unit C3 Station Approach Industrial Estate, Penarth, CF64 3EE, United Kingdom.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns

We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow the steps below:

  2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the necessary return instructions.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, including any import duties, taxes, or other fees associated with returning the item. We do not cover return shipping expenses.
  4. Condition of Returned Items: The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a replacement for a defective item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are not defective
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned beyond the 30 day return window
