It goes out by parcel or palletSmaller orders travel with UPS. Bigger ones go palletised with Palletways, because 25 kg bags don’t belong in a courier van. |

It arrivesAcross UK mainland, UPS parcels are next working day and pallets are 1–2 days. Pallet deliveries come with notifications from the carrier so you know when to expect it, and if nobody’s in they’ll ring to check it’s alright to leave. Anywhere else, allow up to a week. |
Tell us — don’t chase the courier.
A split bag, a cracked tub, a pallet that’s taken a knock, or a parcel that never turned up — that’s ours to sort out, not yours to argue about with a carrier. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll get a replacement moving.
Please hold on to the packaging and the damaged goods until we’ve been back to you — the carrier sometimes needs to see them. If you’re there when a pallet arrives and it looks knocked about, note it on the driver’s paperwork before signing.

VAT on UK ordersOur prices are shown both ways — ex VAT for the trade, inc VAT for everyone else — so there are no surprises at the last step. VAT is added at the current UK rate at checkout, on the goods and on the delivery charge. Need a VAT invoice for your records or your accountant? Email us with your order number and we’ll send one over.
Orders leaving the UK may attract import VAT, duty or a carrier handling fee in the destination country. Those charges are set by that country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. Whatever tax we collect at checkout is shown before you pay — anything charged on arrival is separate to that.
Fitting out a whole house, or buying for a job? Anything above the weights in the tables, or heading somewhere not listed, we’ll quote by hand. Email info@concretelab.co.uk with the products, quantities and the delivery postcode and we’ll come back with a price.
Good to know
Tracking your orderYour shipment confirmation email carries the tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours to go live, so an early “not found” usually just means the carrier hasn’t scanned it yet. If it’s still blank after that, email us and we’ll look into it from our end.
Large orders arrive on a pallet, delivered kerbside. The driver isn’t able to carry it up a drive, through a house or into a garage, so plan for somewhere to put it and a hand to move the bags.
The carrier sends delivery notifications so you know when it’s coming, and if nobody’s there on the day they’ll ring to ask whether it’s alright to leave. If access is tight — a narrow lane, a restricted street, no hard standing — tell us when you order and we’ll flag it to the carrier.
When orders are stacked up, dispatch can take a couple of days longer than usual. Weather, strikes and customs can add time in transit too. If your order is going to be significantly late, we’ll email or ring you rather than leave you guessing.
Email info@concretelab.co.uk as soon as you spot it. Before dispatch we can usually change it in a couple of minutes. Once it’s with the carrier we’ll do what we can, but a redirect isn’t always possible and any charge for one gets passed on.
You’ve got 30 days from delivery on unopened, unused products. The full detail — eligibility, how to send it back, and when refunds land — is in our Returns & Refund Policy.
