- Dispatch: Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Delivery Times (UK Mainland):Standard Parcels (via UPS): Next working day after dispatch.Large/Heavy Orders (Palletised via Palletways): 1–2 working days after dispatch. Heavy items like 25 kg bags are automatically sent via pallet rather than courier van for safety.Other Locations: Allow up to 1 week.
- Tracking: A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order leaves the warehouse (tracking activates within 24 hours).
