We recommend the use of our 8mm fibreglass reinforcement bars for when additional strength is required e.g around a worktop cut out for a sink or hob.
These should be put into the back coat where you are using a two coat process of a face coat and back coat. If using our pre mix kits these should be the last thing added to the mix - placed on and gently pushed in around the cut out.
The bars should be pushed into the concrete just below or on the surface - pushing them too far in will result in them being visible in your top coat. We would recommend two bars in front and two bars behind a cut out.
The bars are 8mm in diameter and come in standard 1.4 metre lengths. They can be cut to desired length with a hack saw.

Delivery within the UK is generally next day, provided orders are placed prior to 12 noon. For large orders which require pallet delivery, orders are usually delivered in two days. Delays can occasionally occur and this should be factored when placing an order.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Concrete Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Concrete Lab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
