Introducing our Universal Concentrated Primer, an ideal solution for priming existing surfaces to ensure optimal readiness for the application of microcement or cast concrete. This primer effectively safeguards against the existing surface drawing moisture from the microcement or concrete, thereby preserving impeccable adherence to the substrate and facilitating the proper curing of the material.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped within 2 to 5 days.
Delays can occasionally occur and this should be factored when placing an order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Concrete Lab ships to addresses within the UK. For addresses in Europe please email us at info@concretelab.co.uk.
Delivery to Europe can take up to 1-2 week.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Concrete Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you received your order damaged, please contact as soon as possible.

We currently do not ship outside the UK and Europe unless by prior arrangement.
